Notification of Procurement
AUTHORITY: Implementing, and authorized by, Section 5-25 of the Illinois Procurement Code [30 ILCS 500/5-25].CHIEF PROCUREMENT OFFICER FOR CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD
As soon as practicable, but no later than 7 days after CDB has decided to move forward with a procurement, notice of a need for procurement will be provided to the CPO.
