1. a) Technical violations. These violations include, but are not limited to, a failure to abide by the requirements of the Act and this Part regarding tagging and labeling. Examples include:

   1. 1) A multi-year or wrong color tag;
   2. 2) Punching wrong product, agent, system, or date; or
   3. 3) Information missing on a tag.

2. b) Administrative violations. These violations include, but are not limited to, a failure to abide by the requirements of the Act and this Part regarding the obligations of a licensee or procedures of licensure, including training. Examples include:

   1. 1) Working with an expired NAFED, ICC, or NICET certification;
   2. 2) Working with expired insurance;
   3. 3) Failure to provide notification to the Office as required by the Act or this Part; or
   4. 4) Working out of license classification.

3. c) Safety violations. Actions or business practices that pose a potential danger to the safety of the citizens of Illinois. Safety violations include, but are not limited to, a failure to abide by the requirements of the Act and this Part regarding the standards of practice or the conditions of licensure. Examples include:

   1. 1) Practice or attempted practice as a fire equipment distributor or fire equipment employee without a license;
   2. 2) Obtaining or attempting to obtain a license, practice, or business or any other thing of value by fraudulent representation;
   3. 3) Working out of license classification without qualification; or
   4. 4) Deviation from accepted industry practices.
