Expiration of Certificates
AUTHORITY: Implementing the Gasoline Storage Act [430 ILCS 15] and authorized by Sections 2 and 3.5 of the Gasoline Storage Act [430 ILCS 15/2 and 3.5].OFFICE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL
Green decals shall be issued for a two-year period. Tanks not in compliance with 41 Ill. Adm. Code 174, 175 and 176 and this Part shall be issued red tags.
