Protection of Property – Care and Attendance
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 2 of "AN ACT to regulate the storage, transportation, sale and use of gasoline and volatile oils" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 127½, par. 154).OFFICE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL
a) Property shall be kept free from weeds, high grass, rubbish and litter, and shall be kept neat, clean and orderly throughout.
b) Open light or flame shall not be permitted on the property.
