1. a) Prerequisites

   1. 1) Employee of the Office's Division of Arson Investigation as a Special Agent, as attested by the Division Manager of the Office's Division of Arson Investigation;
   2. 2) Completion of probationary requirements as set forth by the Office, attested by the Division Manager of the Office's Division of Arson Investigation;
   3. 3) Current certification as Fire Investigator; and
   4. 4) Application for Certification.
2. b) Training documentation shall be maintained in the employee's training records at the Office.
