Identification of Delegated Authority
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Sections 2-3.12 and 3-14.21 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/2-3.12 and 3-14.21].OFFICE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL
Any individual to whom the authority to conduct school inspections has been delegated will be identified on a list maintained by OSFM on its website and provided to ISBE.
