Fees

Effective Dec 6, 202347 Ill. Reg. 19159AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 50 of the Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act [225 ILCS 317].OFFICE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL

a) License fees shall be as follows:
1. 1) Fire Sprinkler Contractor License Fees
  1. A) Initial License: $3,000
  2. B) Renewal of License (before or on expiration date): $3,000
  3. C) License Reinstatement (Late filing fee): $500
  4. D) Renewal of License (after expiration date): $3,500
  5. E) Duplicate or corrected license: $50
2. 2) Fire Sprinkler Inspector License Fees
  1. A) Initial License: $500
  2. B) Renewal of License (before or on expiration date): $500
  3. C) License Reinstatement (Late filing fee): $100
  4. D) Renewal of License (after expiration date): $600
  5. E) Duplicate or corrected license: $50
  6. b) All fees are non-refundable except that Office shall refund accidental overpayment of fees.
