Publication of Planned Examination Schedule
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Illinois Community Reinvestment Act [205 ILCS 735].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
The Secretary publishes at least 30 days in advance of the beginning of each calendar quarter a list of covered mortgage licensees scheduled for ILCRA examinations in that quarter.
