AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Division of Banking Act [20 ILCS 3205/6(h)] and the Financial Institutions Code [20 ILCS 1205/6(a)].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
This part shall apply to all Hearings conducted by the Division pursuant to an Applicable Act under the jurisdiction of the Director.
