Examination by Administrative Law Judge
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Division of Banking Act [20 ILCS 3205/6(h)] and the Financial Institutions Code [20 ILCS 1205/6(a)].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
a) Any Administrative Law Judge may examine any witness.
b) Any Party may object to specific questions asked by the ALJ.
