Name Change
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Payday Loan Reform Act [815 ILCS 122].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
a) $300 amended name change fee.
b) Amended Articles of Incorporation, if the licensee is a corporation, or amended organization papers, if the licensee is an entity other than a corporation.
