a) The Secretary, in their sole discretion, may charge the following fees for any record search or copying performed by the Secretary in connection with a request for confidential supervisory information:

1. 1) Reproduction costs incurred in making copies of documents, including photocopies or converting physical documents into electronic or digital format, shall be reimbursed at $0.25 per page.
2. 2) All other costs incurred in searching for and transporting data pursuant to a request for confidential supervisory information shall be reimbursed at actual costs.
