Purposes and Construction
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by the Consumer Legal Funding Act [815 ILCS 121].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
This Part is intended to carry out the purposes of the Consumer Legal Funding Act. These rules shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes of the Act.
