Effective Jan 17, 19859 Ill. Reg. 1358AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 19 of the Currency Exchange Act [205 ILCS 405].DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION
All checks issued by the Currency Exchange must be made available at the time of examination to any authorized representative of the Department.
