1. a) The Agency shall send to the grantee, at the time the Agency notifies each applicant of the applicant’s selection, formal grant agreement documents, including a grant agreement to be signed by the Agency and the grantee.
2. b) The Agency shall not sign a grant agreement until the grantee has corrected any errors identified by the Agency in the grant application.
3. c) The grant takes effect on the date that the Agency receives the signed grant agreement from the applicant.
4. d) Once signed by both the Agency and the grantee, the grant agreement, comprising the written grant agreement documents and any amendments thereto, shall govern the grant.
5. e) The Agency shall keep the original grant agreement documents and provide a copy to the grantee.
6. f) The grant agreement may be amended in accordance with Section 885.230 of this Part.
