Within 60 days after the completion of removal activities under an approved tire removal agreement under this Subpart E, the owner or operator shall submit to the Agency a certification that the site or the affected portion of the site subject to a tire removal agreement has been cleared of tires in accordance with the approved tire removal agreement.
