Obligation to Enforce
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 10 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, pars. 1010 and 1027).POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
It shall be the obligation of local governments as well as the Agency to enforce by appropriate means the requirements of Sections 228.121 and 228.156 through 228.158.
