No Visible Emission
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 10 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, pars. 1010 and 1027).POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Notwithstanding compliance with Sections 228.156 and 228.157 the visible emission of particulate matter in the course of such transportation shall be considered a violation.
