Transportation of Asbestos-containing Products
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 10 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, pars. 1010 and 1027).POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
No product which may emit asbestos-fiber during its transportation shall be transported unless such product is enclosed so as to preclude the emission of asbestos fiber into the ambient air.
