- a) Violating permit conditions, including schedules of compliance, monitoring, and inspection;
- b) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation or failure to disclose fully all relevant facts; or
- c) A change in circumstances that mandates either a temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of the discharge.
The Board may revoke a pretreatment permit under Section 33 of the Act [415 ILCS 5/33] and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 103. Causes for revocation of a permit include:
