1. a) Any person required to have a pretreatment permit must file an application with the Agency at least 90 days before the date on which the permit is required.
2. b) Any permittee who wishes to continue to discharge after the expiration date of a pretreatment permit must apply for reissuance of the permit at least 90 days before the expiration date of the permit.
