1. a) Information and data provided to the Control Authority under this Part that is effluent data must be available to the public without restriction.
2. b) For the Board and Agency, confidentiality is governed by 35 Ill. Adm. Code 130 and 161.

3. c) The Agency and POTWs must make information available to the public at least to the extent provided by 40 CFR 2.302 (2003), incorporated by reference in Section 310.107.
