1. a) A permit issued under Subpart B may be revoked for cause, which includes the following:

   1. 1) Cause as set forth in Section 309.182(b); or
   2. 2) Delinquency in payment of any charges that may be required to be paid under section 204(b) of the Clean Water Act.
2. b) Revocation may be sought by filing a complaint with the Board under its procedural rules in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 103.
