Sanitary District of Decatur Discharges

a) This Section applies only to effluent discharges from the Sanitary District of Decatur's Sewage Treatment Plant into the Sangamon River, Macon County, Illinois.
b) The provisions of Section 304.120(c) do not apply to the discharges if the discharges do not exceed 20 mg/L of five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD₅) and 25 mg/L of total suspended solids.
