1. a) This Section applies only to discharges from the City of Lockport's sewage treatment plant into Deep Run Creek in Will County, Illinois.
2. b) The provisions of Section 304.120 do not apply to the discharges if the discharges do not exceed 20 mg/L of five day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD₅) or 25 mg/L of total suspended solids.
3. c) The provisions of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 302.212(b) and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 302.212(e) do not apply to the discharges if the discharges do not cause or contribute to a violation of water quality standards in the Des Plaines River or the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal.
