Marine Toilet
AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 13 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/13 and 27].
POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
"Marine Toilet" means any toilet on or within any watercraft.
