Procedures for a Modification of an Approved Permit
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 21, 22.26, 22.33, 22.34, 22.35, 39 and 40 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 21, 22.26, 22.33, 22.34, 22.35, 39, 40 and 27]. BOARD NOTE: This Part implements the Illinois Environmental Protection Act as of July 1, 1994.POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Application for modification of an approved permit shall be subject to all requirements and time schedules set forth in this Part.
