Scope and Applicability
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 21, 22.26, 22.33, 22.34, 22.35, 39 and 40 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 21, 22.26, 22.33, 22.34, 22.35, 39, 40 and 27]. This Part contains the procedures to be followed by the Agency in processing permits required pursuant to Section 21(d) of the Act and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 831. The definitions set forth in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 830.102 apply to this Part.
