Scope and Applicability
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, and 28.1, and authorized by Section 2, of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 5/21, 5/21.1, 5/22, 5/22.17, 5/28.1, and 5/27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
The standards of this Subpart, along with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 811.Subpart A, shall apply to all new landfills in which only steel and foundry industry low risk wastes are to be placed.
