Standards for Operation and Closure
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, and 22.40 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, 22.40, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
a) All units regulated in this Subpart are subject to all requirements in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 807.
b) All units regulated under this Subpart are subject to all conditions of the existing permit.
