AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, and 22.40, and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, 22.40, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Application for significant modifications shall be subject to all requirements and time schedules in Subpart A.
