Closure and Postclosure Cost Estimates
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, and 22.40, and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, 22.40, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
The application shall contain an estimate of the costs of closure and postclosure care and maintenance in accordance with the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 811.Subpart G.
