Scope and Applicability
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, and 22.40 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, 22.40, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
All structures necessary to comply with the requirements of this Part shall be constructed according to a construction quality assurance program that, at a minimum, meets the requirements of this Subpart.
