Scope and Applicability
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, and 22.40 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/7.2, 21, 21.1, 22, 22.17, 22.40, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
The standards of this Subpart, in addition to the requirements of Subpart A, shall apply to all new landfills in which only inert waste is to be placed.
