AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 10, 13, 21, 22, 22.01, and 22.2 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 10, 13, 21, 22, 22.01, 22.2 and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Except as otherwise provided in this Subpart, any person subject to the provisions of this Part shall comply with such provisions on and after the effective date of this Part.
