Default Classification of Special Wastes

AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 21, 22, 22.01 and 22.9, and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/21, 22, 22.01, 22.9, 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD

Any special (non-RCRA) waste is a Class A special waste unless and until the Agency determines otherwise pursuant to this Part.
