Equipment, Personnel and Supervision
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 21.1 and 22 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 21.1, 22, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
Sufficient equipment, personnel and supervision shall be available at the site to ensure that operations comply with the permit and the Act and the Pollution Control Board Regulations.
