Transfer of Permits
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 21.1 and 22 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 21.1, 22, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
No permit is transferable from one person to another except as approved by the Agency under procedures it adopts pursuant to Section 807.213.
