Permit No Defense
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 21.1 and 22 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 21.1, 22, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
The existence of a permit under this Part shall not constitute a defense to a violation of the Act or this Part, except for development, modification or operation without a permit.
