1. a) To sources whose emissions of volatile organic material do not exceed 6.8 kg (15 lbs) in any one day, nor 1.4 kg (3 lbs) in any one hour; or

2. b) To sources used exclusively for chemical or physical analysis or determination of product quality and commercial acceptance, provided that:

   1. 1) The operation of the sources is not an integral part of the production process;
   2. 2) The emissions from the source do not exceed 363 kg (800 lbs) in any calendar month; and,
   3. 3) The exemption is approved in writing by the Agency.

The requirements of Sections 215.182 through 215.184 shall not apply:
