Applicants Not Subject to Fees
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 33.5 of the Northeastern Illinois Planning Act [70 ILCS 1705/33.5].NORTHEASTERN ILLINOIS PLANNING COMMISSION
a) Any Level III applicant; or
b) Any Level I or II applicant whose submittal does not require a change in a facility planning area boundary.
The following applicants are not subject to the fee schedule established in Section 399.120 below:
