1. b) Other terms in this Part have the same meaning as ascribed in Sections 3 and 39.5(1) of the Act and the Board's rules on Air Pollution (35 Ill. Adm. Code: Subtitle B, Chapter I), as appropriate to the subject matter of the provisions.
