Scope and Applicability
AUTHORITY: Implementing Sections 5, 3.160, 22.51, and 22.51a and authorized by Sections 3.160, 22.51, 22.51a, and 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/5, 22.51, 22.51a, and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
All persons seeking a permit for a CCDD fill operation must submit to the Agency an application for the permit in accordance with the Act and this Part.
