1. a) The permittee must retain records of all monitoring information, including the certification required by 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724.173(b)(3), for a period of at least three years from the date of the certification.

2. b) The permittee must maintain records from all groundwater monitoring wells and associated groundwater surface elevations, for the active life of the facility, and for disposal facilities for the post-closure care period as well.
