Exclusion for Underground Water in Certain Man-Made Conduits
AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 8 of the Illinois Groundwater Protection Act [415 ILCS 55/8] and authorized by Section 27 of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
This Part does not apply to underground waters contained in man-made subsurface drains, tunnels, reservoirs, storm sewers, tiles or sewers.
