1. a) The Agency must confirm to the applicant in writing the granting of an emergency Aquatic Pesticide Permit within 10 days after issuance.
2. b) A written report containing the same information required for a permit application under Section 602.505 must be submitted to the Agency within 30 days following pesticide application.

The Agency may issue Aquatic Pesticide Permits by telephone whenever public health is immediately endangered by an aquatic pest such as a disease-carrying organism. Aquatic Pesticide Permits issued by telephone must have special conditions for safeguarding downstream public and food processing water supplies.
