1. a) all appurtenances, specific structures, or equipment having any connection with the planned water treatment improvements;
2. b) detailed hydraulic profiles of water flowing through treatment systems;
3. c) schematic plumbing for all structures and equipment;

4. d) location of feeders, piping layout, and points of application;

   1. e) locations of the sources of pollution listed in 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604.150(a);
   2. f) for sites subject to flooding, the maximum flood level based upon the highest flood level specified in the best available information, such as the flood of record, the 100-year flood projection, or the 500-year flood projection;

5. g) security provisions; and

   1. h) stability and corrosion control:

      1. 1) existing and proposed finished water quality, including:

      2. A) Hardness;

         1. B) Calcium;
         2. C) Alkalinity;
         3. D) pH;
         4. E) Orthophosphate;
         5. F) Silicate;
         6. G) Total Dissolved Solids;
         7. H) Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP);
         8. I) Temperature;

      3. J) Chloride;

         1. K) Sulfate;
         2. L) Iron;
         3. M) Manganese;
         4. N) Chlorine residual (total);
         5. O) Chlorine residual (free); and
         6. 2) a recommendation of the treatment necessary to reduce corrosion in household plumbing.

The following information must be submitted on plans for the construction of treatment facilities:
