2. b) reservoir surface area, volume, and a volume versus depth curve;

3. c) area of the watershed;

   1. d) estimated average and maximum daily water demands for the design period;
4. e) number of proposed service connections;
5. f) firefighting requirements;
6. g) flash mix, flocculation and settling basin capacities;
7. h) retention times;
8. i) unit loadings;
9. j) filter area and the proposed filtration rate;
10. k) backwash rate;
11. l) feeder capacities and ranges; and
12. m) minimum and maximum chemical application rates.
