Community Water Supply Permits
Effective Jul 26, 201943 Ill. Reg. 8036AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 17 and authorized by Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5/17 and 27].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
a) Construction Permit, under Subpart B;
b) Operating Permit, under Subpart C;
c) Algicide Permit, under Subpart D;
d) Aquatic Pesticide Permit, under Subpart E; or
e) A special exception permit, under Subpart F.
A community water supply may seek the following types of permits issued by the Agency:
