Burden of Proof
AUTHORITY: Authorized by Sections 26 and 27 of the Environmental Protection Act (Act) [415 ILCS 5/26 and 27] and implementing Sections 39.2, and 40.1 of the Act [415 ILCS 5/39.2 and 40.1].POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
The petitioner bears the burden of proof in accordance with Section 40.1(a) of the Act.
